William C. Smith Jr.

William "Billy" C. Smith Jr., age, 71 of Corning, NY passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center.  

William was born September 28, 1948 in Corning, NY the son of William C. and Helen A. (Hayden) Smith Sr.  

William was retired with disabilities but had previously worked at the Foodmart and Corning-Painted Post School District along with other disability agencies.  

William is survived by his daughter, Charlette J. Smith of Corning.  

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
