Born to Alice and Clyde Hoyt Bulkley.

Married Marlene Kemp Feb. 8, 1969.

Children Melissa (Dave Calhoun) West, Ernest (Tatum Gonzalez) Bulkley; grandchildren Jeffrey West 2nd, Cheyenne Calhoun; great-grandson Jeffrey West 3rd; siblings Shirley (Richard) Horton, Genivieve (Harry) Goosen, David (Joann) Bulkley, Beverly (Chuck) Parker, Dorothy (Robert) Champion, Scott (Debbie) Bulkley, Sidney (Gordie) Matson.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
