Tammy Lynn Hickey

Tammy Lynn Hickey, age 55, of Corning, NY, passed away at home unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

Tammy was born in Corning, NY on July 5, 1969, the daughter of Thomas C. Hickey Sr. and Jean E. Wilcox.

She was a graduate of Corning East High School (Class of 1987) and Corning Community College.  

Tammy worked as a counselor for the Elmira Correctional Facility.  She enjoyed helping those in need. In her spare time, she loved to play different games on her phone. If you knew her, you knew she was a loyal friend who loved you unconditionally. She had a heart of gold and could make you smile.

Tammy is survived by her daughter Jenna M. Hickey of Corning and her brother Thomas C. (Zaidy) Hickey Jr. of Corning. She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Timothy E.L. Hickey.
