Shirley Lou (Runkle) Harvey

Shirley Lou (Runkle) Harvey went to Heaven on November 30, 2022 after a hard fought battle. 

She was born on January 12, 1940, to John and Alice (Rhode) Runkle. 

She is survived by her husband James R. Harvey, her children: Rich (Sue) Blaha of Alpine, Patricia (Ken) Conrad of Dansville, Karen (John) Ogden of Elmira, Lori Blaha of Massena, Ron (Candy) Blaha of Wellsburg. sisters: Rose (Leo) Seymour of Lowman, Diane (Duane Horton) Clarkson of Beaver Dams and many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Shirley was predeceased by her parents, sisters Irene Palmieri and Mary Ann (at birth) and many family and special friends. 

She loved life and tried to spread joy to others, whether they were friends or future friends. 

As per her request there will be no services.
