Sheila J. Robinson

Sheila J. Robinson, 77, of Painted Post, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 1, 2024.

She was born March 1, 1947, in Elmira, NY the daughter of Harold Pankhust and Rose Volenec.

Sheila was a graduate of  Elmira Southside High School and the BOCES LPN program.  She ran the Greenland Whole Sale Nursery with her partner Denny.

Sheila dedicated her life to her family and home.  She enjoyed arts and crafts but especially loved watching the birds, squirrels, and other wildlife.

She is survived by her daughter Lisa (David) Kennedy of Corning; sons, Eric Robinson (Linda Beard) of Elmira and Brian Robinson of Elmira; grandchildren, David, Deric, Jason, Cory, Seth and Brian.  She was predeceased by a brother Dennis Etson.

A Celebration of life will be held at 4:30 p.m. on September 8, 2024, at the Sperr Park, Kahler Road South, Big Flats, NY.
