Richard T. “Dick” Faulisi, 87, of Corning, New York, entered into eternal rest on April 10, 2026.
Born on May 3, 1938, in Corning, Dick was a lifelong member of the community he proudly served.

In 1960, Dick went on to serve the City of Corning Police Department with distinction, rising through the ranks to become Chief of Police.

Throughout his career, he was known for his leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of his community. He retired in 2000, leaving behind a lasting legacy of service.
Committed to both service and education, Dick also earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Elmira College in 1976, graduating cum laude—a reflection of his strong work ethic and dedication to his profession. He was also known for his sharp wit and sense of humor, bringing laughter and light to those around him. Whether among family, friends, or colleagues, Dick had a way of making people feel at ease and valued.
