Regina Swan Obituary

Regina M. Swan, age 69, of Painted Post, NY left this earth on her heavenly journey to join loved ones on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY.

Regina was born to Roderick and Laura (Wood) Dibble on April 1, 1952 in Corning, NY. She was a graduate of West High School. After graduating she would marry her husband Barry L. Swan.

Regina was a smiling face loved by her customers and coworkers, a fixture at the Community Bank N.A. Market Street branch before her retirement.

She was a faithful member of the Victory Highway Wesleyan Church and enjoyed attending their weekly bible study group.

Regina is survived by her sisters, Ruth Lottie (Thomas) Howland of Corning, NY, Laura Ann Jelliff of Wellsboro, PA and her brother Roderick Lynn Dibble of Painted Post, NY; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Barry.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Regina will be buried alongside her husband in Presho Cemetery, Lindley, NY.
