He was born March 10, 1950, in Corning, NY the adopted son of Norman and Neva (Oxley) Chapman.
Nelson retired from Corning Inc.
He is survived by his Children, David (Shanna Glover) Chapman and Adrienne (Robert) Minichello; Brother, Pat Mosher, Robert Mosher and Billy Mosher; Sisters, Onna Ward and Phylis; Grandchildren, Camden Smith, Katarina and Sarina Minichello; many Nieces, Nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date
Donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
