Lorie M. Woodruff

Lorie Marie Pierce Woodruff, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 26, 2022.

Lorie was a graduate of Corning East High School.

She previously worked for Toshiba for over fourteen years. She most recently worked for the Corning-Painted Post School District.

Lorie was loved and cherished by so many. She was a Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and friend. She enjoyed spending time making crafts, traveling and singing karaoke.  She cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.  

Lorie is survived by her Son, Jonas Fratarcangelo; Daughter, Anne Fratarcangelo; Grandchildren, Anthony Ferreira, Aniston Tyler, Camdon Fratarcangelo, Aubrynn Fratarcangelo, Alina Margeson, Aaron Margeson, Jonas Fratarcangelo Jr., Gionni Fratarcangelo and Amerie Fratarcangelo; loving Brothers and Sisters, Ronald Pierce, Donald Pierce, Douglas Pierce, Jeffrey Pierce, Lucinda Boesiger, Doreen Evans and Denise Cady.  She was predeceased by her father Robert Henry Pierce, Mother Anne Pierce Putman, daughter Stephanie Pierce, her brothers Robert W. Pierce and David Pierce.

A Memorial service will be held at Acly-Stover Funeral Home on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Don Rice officiating.  

Interment will be held in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee, NY at a later date.
