Leona F. Howell

Leona Francis Howell, age 93, of Painted Post, NY, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024.

She was born November 7, 1930, in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late James C. Owen and Francis L. Keough.

She was a graduate of Elmira Free Academy.  

Robert and Leona Owen Howell were married August 3, 1948, in Elmira, NY. Robert predeceased her on June 8, 2016. 

Leona dedicated her life to her family and home. She had a full life and enjoyed many travels with Bob. They toured the country as well as Hawaii and Europe.

She is survived by her Daughter, Rosalyn Kozlik (Dick); Son, Kevin Howell; 5 Grandchildren, several Great Grandchildren.
