He was teacher to many, passing on his incredible knowledge and skills for mechanics and woodworking. He could rebuild any engine, and in his barn built a street rod from the first bolt to the last finishing details, complete with flames on the doors. He took pride in his home, especially his lawn, and never missed a day of clipping the grass to perfection. He will be remembered by many as a father, a friend, an artist, and a teacher.
