Kim Marie McCarthy

Kim Marie McCarthy, 65, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born on May 26th, 1957, to Donna and William McCarthy Sr. of Campbell, NY, Kim is a 1976 graduate of Campbell Central School. After graduating, Kim served in the United States Army from 1977 to 1980.  Before leaving the Southern Tier and settling in Arizona, Kim worked proudly at Raymor Flanagan for several years. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor will surely be missed. 

Kim, beloved mother to Nicole Little (McCarthy) and son Shawn Stough and Grandmother to Cecelia Little, will be remembered for her endless love of her children and extended family. 

Kim is also survived by her Brothers: William (Chris) McCarthy Jr and John McCarthy and Sister Patricia (Kevin) Anglehart as well as many nieces and nephews with whom she loved dearly.

Kim was able to walk her Mother, Donna McCarthy, through the Gates of Heaven, shortly after settling in herself. She was also predeceased in death by her Father, William McCarthy Sr and Brother, Robert McCarthy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the Campbell American Legion Post 1279, 8458 County Route 333, Campbell, NY 14821.  Burial with Military honors will be held in Hope Cemetery, Campbell, NY.
