Joseph A. Ruocco, 81, of Corning, NY, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
He was born on March 3, 1937, in Corning, to Sebastian and Antoinette Ruocco.
Joe was a graduate of Northside High School and Alfred State College. From 1958 to 1960, he served in the US Army, stationed in Germany.

He was predeceased by his parents and brothers, Moe and Seri Ruocco.
There will be an informal memorial gathering of friends and family at the Corning VFW on Baker St, Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 12-2 pm in the lounge area. Private burial will be held in the spring.
