Joan M. Ovsanik

Painted Post, NY - Joan M. Ovsanik, 85, of Painted Post, NY, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at Corning Hospital.

Joan was born in Corning, NY on October 18, 1933, the daughter of Guy and Cecelia (Hannel) Gordon. She married Andrew N. Ovsanik.

Joan dedicated her life to her family and home. She was a member of All Saints Parish.

She is survived by her Children, Gerald G. Ovsanik, Ronald P. Ovsanik and Andrew N. Ovsanik Jr.; Grandchildren, Andrew III, Michael, Crystal (Daryl) and Ashley (Tommy); 6 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Andrew N. Ovsanik and son, Stephen E. Ovsanik.

The family will receive friends at Acly-Stover Funeral Home on Sunday, December 16, 2018, from 1-3 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m.

Committal prayers and Interment will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery.
