Gail Elaine Keeling, age 68, of Stephenson, Virginia formerly of Caton, New York left this earth on her heavenly journey to join loved ones on Sunday, February 27, 2022.
She was born February 27, 1954 in Corning, New York the daughter of Clester Morgan and Ruby (Coker) Tobey. Gail married Donald Keeling on August 17, 1974 at the Caton United Methodist Church.
Gail worked as a Logistics Analyst for the State Department.
She enjoyed traveling across the United States and going on cruise ships. On these various trips, she loved to try her luck at new casinos. She was fond of camping with her family and experiencing the outdoors and wildlife. She loved to watch game shows with her family and not a year would go by where she wouldn't watch every Hallmark Christmas movie. If she wasn't watching her favorite TV shows, you could find her playing her favorite games on her phone - especially Cookie Jam. She loved playing card games with family and friends and her favorite part of cards was winning against her husband. While cooking wasn't her favorite, those who have tried it would agree she made a mean macaroni and cheese. She was very patient, loving and kind to people and animals alike. Above all else, she will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by her Husband, Donald Keeling; Daughters: Cherish Keeling and Ashleigh (Chad) Anglewicz; Sisters: Carolyn (Romeo) Garcia, Glenna Lamb, Diane (Jim) Keck; Brothers: Stephen (Suzanne) Tobey, Jeff (Erica) Tobey; Step Brother Eugene (Don) Tobey; and a Grandchild on the way. She was predeceased by her son Bryan Wesley Keeling, brother Dennis Morgan and brother-in law Jim Lamb.
The family will receive friends at Acly-Stover Funeral Home on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11: 00 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Caton United Methodist Church with Rev.
