Corning, NY - Ellen Marie (Rice) Flannery, 68, of Corning, NY died Sunday June 17, 2018 at her summer home on Waneta Lake.

She was born March 1, 1950, in Corning, NY the daughter of Earl "Red" and Mary Ellen (Best) Rice.

Ellen worked in food service including Crystal City Bakery for many years.

She is survived by her son, John Beyea; brothers, Kevin D. (Penny) Rice and Richard E. Rice; longtime and loving companion, Rick Shay.

At Ellen's request there will be no services.
