Donald M. Hunt

Donald M. Hunt, age 60, of Corning, NY passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, January 14, 2024.

Don was born September 4, 1963, in Corning, NY the son of Donald A. Hunt and Carol J. Grunder.

He has worked for WETM in Elmira, NY as their Chief Engineer. Donald also enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his 4-Wheeler. He also enjoyed his animals Lucy, Kyia, and his cats.

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Erma Hunt and his son Joe Hunt, stepchildren Tonya Cragg and Michael Cragg a special niece Ashley Shepard, along with many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, granchildren and many longtime friends.

He was predeceased by his father Donald A. Hunt, mother Carol J. Grunder, his sister Nancy Hunt-Harvey, step-father Bill Marland and brother Timothy Hunt.

At Don’s request there will be no services.  Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Corning, NY.
