Desirie Folk Obituary

Desirie Laurence Folk, 57 of Corning, NY went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at her home.

Desirie was born July, 26, 1963, in Plainfield, New Jersey, the daughter of Diane Folk.

She was a graduate of Plainfield High School in Plainfield, New Jersey.

Desirie enlisted in the U.S. Navy serving from 1984 to 1987.

She is survived by her Mother, Diane FolkThrower and her husband Cleveland Thrower of Ithaca, NY; Sister Stacey Folk of Corning, NY; Sister Courtney Folk of Salisbury, Maryland; Uncle Melvin Folk of Philadelphia, PA; Uncle David Folk of Jacksonville, FL; Uncle Kenneth of Elizabeth, NJ; Uncle Raymond and his wife Delores Folk of Corning, NY; Niece LaTonya Folk of Lawrenceville,PA; Nephew Stephon Folk of Lawrenceville, PA; Great Nephew Giovanni Folk and a host of family and friends.

A private service will be held at Bath National Cemetery with Military Honors.
