Elmira Heights, NY - Delores A. Overstrom, 91, of Elmira Heights, NY died Friday, April 13, 2018 at home.

She was born October 19, 1926, in Corning, NY the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Murphy) Durkin.

Arthur and Delores (Durkin) Overstrom were married on December 27, 1948 in St. Vincent De Paul Church in Corning. Arthur predeceased her on August 16, 2010.

Delores dedicated her life to her family and home.

She is survived by her Children, Mary Beth (Richard) Peters of Wallace, NC, Nancy Overstrom of Elmira Heights, NY and Thomas (Jean) Overstrom of New Tripoli, PA; Brother, Joseph Durkin of Painted Post, NY; Sister, Eleanor Sample of Big Flats, NY; 3 grandchildren, Gregory, Sarah and Ryan Overstrom; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Vincent De Paul Church, 222 Dodge Ave, Corning, NY on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Committal prayers and interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Corning, NY.
