Cassi L. Farrand

Cassi L. (Hepworth) Farrand, 61, of Painted Post, NY, passed away peacefully after her body succumbed to cancer, but her spirit went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday May 16, 2026, at Bampa’s House in Corning, NY.

Cassi was born on October 14, 1964, in Corning, NY, and was raised for much of her childhood in Clearwater Beach, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Earl L. Hepworth and Ione (Hubbard) Hepworth.

Cassi was a graduate of West High School and married the love of her life, Mark Farrand, in 1991. Together they celebrated 35 years of marriage this past March. She spent much of her married life as a homemaker. Always searching for the truth about life, Cassi found the Lord whom she loved deeply and was baptized in 2018, at Curtis Baptist Bible Church. 

She leaves behind her loving husband Mark Farrand of Painted Post.

It was Cassi’s wish that there be no formal services.
