Carol Greiff Obituary
Elmira, NY - Carol L. Greiff, 78, of Elmira, NY formerly of Beaver Dams passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility.
She was born November 21, 1939 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of Wilford and Helen (Wisnet) Snapp.
Carol attended Mt. Morris Academy and Niagara Community College.
Carol was a registered nurse for various local hospitals and Schuyler long term care unit.
She was a member of St. Benedict Church in Odessa.
Carol is survived by step-daughters, Susan (Greiff) and Brad Irvine, Elizabeth Greiff, Amy (Greiff) Stroop, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Paul S. Greiff on March 16, 2017.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2017, at St. Vincent De Paul Church, Corning.
Burial will be in Beaver Dams Cemetery at the convenience of family.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
