He was born November 21, 1972, in Corning, NY, the son of Paul J. and Joyce E. (Benjamin) Wilson.

He was a graduate of Corning East High School.

Brett and Michelle (Hammond) were married February 14, 2004, in Corning, NY.

He was a machinist for Dresser Rand.

Brett is survived by his Wife, Michelle Wilson of Beaver Dams; Children, Kori (TJ) Smalt of Woodhull, Brett Wilson Jr. of Corning and Shelby (Sean) Thompson of Savona; Siblings, Paul (Debra) Wilson Jr. of Van Etten, Ellen (Scott) Chaffee of Van Etten, Brenda Stockhouse of WA and Ruthann (Plez) Tinsley of Van Etten; 6 grandchildren, Aunts, Uncles, many Nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Albert Wilson.

The family will receive friends at Acly-Stover Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m., his brother, Paul J. Wilson Jr. Officiating. Burial will be held in Rural Home Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
